Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that my participation in the 6 Week Fitness Contest involves certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, disability, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate in this contest with full knowledge of the risks involved.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the contest, I hereby waive, release, and discharge [Organizer's Name], its officers, employees, agents, and representatives (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the contest.

I understand and acknowledge that the Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries or damages of any kind resulting from my participation in the contest, including but not limited to those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may be incurred due to my participation in the contest, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I understand that this waiver and release is binding on me, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, and that I am waiving substantial legal rights by signing it. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
